Thank you for your purchase from Clutch Keys. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your order. If you’re not completely happy, you may be eligible for a refund or a one-time product exchange, subject to the terms below.

RETURNS

All return or refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the purchase date. No exceptions will be made.
Refunds are only available for orders placed through our website (Credit Card, Crypto, Cash App, etc.). Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return or refund, please email us at [email protected] or open a ticket in our Discord server. Include the following information:

• Order ID (5-digit number)
• Email used for the purchase
• Reason for return

REFUND CONDITIONS

You may qualify for a refund or product swap under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: If your license key has not been redeemed or the product is proven non-functional with help from the product owner within the eligible refund window.
• 50% Refund or Product Swap: If the product is no longer wanted but is functional, and your request is within the eligible window.
• No Refund: If your request is outside the eligible refund period, if the key has been redeemed without issue, or if the product was sold as final sale.

Eligible windows may vary by product (typically within 7 days of purchase, and in some cases as short as 12 hours). Please contact support to verify your eligibility.

If your key has already been redeemed and the product is not working, you must first contact the product developer (e.g., via Discord or forum). Share your support transcript or screenshots with us. No full refund will be issued without proof of attempted developer support. Temporary outages or delays under 24 hours are not valid grounds for a full refund.

Only one product swap per purchase is allowed, and the replacement must be of equal or lesser value (unless the difference is paid via an invoice).

EXCEPTIONS

Some products are final sale and non-refundable under any circumstances. These exceptions will be clearly stated at checkout or on the product page. Attempting to use incompatible tools (e.g., using a menu without the required executor) may also void refund eligibility.

We are authorized resellers, not developers, and must follow each product’s terms of service. While we aim to offer the most flexible refund policy available, we and the developers reserve the right to deny any refund request at our discretion.
